Data-Driven TrainingAfter each workout, upload your data to Strava. You'll get regular feedback on each workout based on the objectives of your current training block.

Put in your WorkOf course, you'll get your weekly training plans created by Coach Tam himself. You'll also have access to weekly Hangouts with Coach where you can ask question live or simply watch after the fact.
